Preparing Your Project
Starting your video journey with us is easy. Simply use our all-in-one platform to kick off your project and share your goals and details with us, so we can set ourselves up for success. Once we have the necessary information, our production and creative teams will work diligently on your project, from developing your creative concept to managing the logistics required to bring your vision to life.
Lights, Camera, Action!
When production day arrives, we'll get to work on capturing the footage that we've planned out in advance, based on the details in your call sheet as well as your script or storyboard. If your project doesn't involve filming live-action footage and instead relies solely on animation, stock footage, or previously-shot footage, we can skip this step and proceed directly to post-production.
Finishing Touches
Once we have all the necessary footage, our team of skilled video editors will work their magic by meticulously blending together your clips, audio, and graphics or effects to create the perfect story. Once the initial edit is complete, we'll share it with you for approval. If there are any changes or adjustments you'd like us to make, we're happy to do so until you're completely satisfied with the final product. Once you've given us the green light, we'll deliver the final video files to you and celebrate the successful completion of another great project!

Where can I put my video when it's done?

Typically, our clients distribute their videos on website and product pages, social media platforms, over-the-top (OTT) streaming channels, broadcast TV, and other platforms that complement their video marketing strategies.
Do I need more than one video?
The answer to this question varies based on your objective and budget. While having one video is better than none, a series of videos can often be even more impactful. Attempting to convey a lot of information in a single video is a common mistake made by clients, which can overwhelm and irritate viewers. To avoid this, we always suggest focusing on a single goal or theme per video.
How long does it take to produce a video?
The timeline for your project hinges on various factors, such as the number of videos you plan to create, the length and complexity of the videos, and how promptly your team can provide feedback throughout the process. In general, a standard production can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months to complete. However, we can often accommodate rush turnarounds. To ensure we create a suitable timeline, please let us know if you have any deadlines.
Do I need to hire actors, find locations, or bring props?
You don’t have to worry about pre-production details as we’ll take care of them for you. If you have any particular actors, locations, or props in mind, we’ll try our best to include them in the project. However, if you don’t have any specific requests, we’ll manage all of the logistics for you, so your team can focus on other tasks. The only exception is for product videos, where we’ll need a sample of your product to film.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
We acknowledge that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and production plans may need to be altered. If you need to reschedule or make any changes to your production date, kindly inform your Project Manager as soon as possible. Our team will work with you to explore alternative options, and if there are any rescheduling fees for last-minute changes, we’ll inform you in advance.
